Give You Perspective

Bring together what you already know through the Kolbe, Myers Briggs, Birkman and other assessments and get a fuller, deeper, and integrative perspective.

Equip You

Give you the tools and insights to understand, manage, and motivate yourself and your team. Such as; the delegation tool and weekly focus tool as well as a 40+ page personal report.

Keep You Accountable

Provide follow-up coaching calls to help you apply what you learned. Group discussions on how best to benefit from the Enneagram and maximize personal and group performance.
