Monthly Zoom Leadership Booster Sessions – Beginning January 24, 2025

Virtual Booster Sessions Focused on the Most Pressing and Emerging Topics of Leadership (6 Months).

Our newly launched 6-Month Zoom Leadership Booster Program is designed specifically for the busy leader who wants to invest in themselves and their team but are looking for modified ways to accelerate their thinking and capacity without an intensive investment of time and money.

This program includes six monthly 90-minute virtual booster sessions that are recorded and can be accessed anytime for continued impact. Each session also comes with all follow-up tools, open Q&A and resources.

Assessing Your Culture + Building a Winning Culture Formula for Success. Don’t let your culture happen to you. Most leaders see culture as an abstract concept that is happening to them rather than a strategic lever that is fully in their control. In this session, we will demystify the concept of culture and provide you with the confidence and tools to accurately assess your current cultural dynamics and clearly define a winning culture formula to help shape the future of your team’s success.

It is our aim in creating this program to provide high-impact learning in small booster environments. This program requires minimum lift but requires the commitment to fully show up for 90 minutes a month, either live or through the recording and the willingness to experiment with new concepts and tools. If you are looking for maximum impact but have limited resources to invest in a fully immersive learning experience, this program is for you.
