New Manager Bootcamp – Beginning June 19, 2025

Equipping new managers & supervisors with a practical toolkit for first-time leader-managers.

In four sessions, including an in-person workshop at the Ancaster Old Mill and three follow-up virtual booster sessions, you will learn what you need to make an immediate impact in your new role, including:

  • Your role as a manager/supervisor & new metrics for success
  • Understanding your innate management style
  • Moving from buddy to boss & how to set proper expectations & boundaries
  • Setting up good team rhythms & meeting habits
  • Dealing with challenging performers & the tools at your disposal
  • Hiring well & how to have compelling interviews
  • Giving effective feedback & having good one-on-ones
  • Fostering a supportive team network/culture

This program contains one in-person session: June 19th. Plus, three virtual booster sessions, July 22nd, August 19th and September 26th.

Early Bird Rate: $1,000+HST (ends May. 30, 2025)
Regular Rate: $1,300+HST

The Core Leadership Program – Beginning June 26, 2025

Rapidly Accelerating the Core Leadership Capacity of Your Mid & Senior Leaders.

This four-day intensive program, hosted at the Ancaster Old Mill, is designed to challenge, mobilize, and rapidly accelerate the leadership capacity of your mid- and senior-level leaders. It also ensures sustainable growth and momentum with follow-up coaching support.
